Why are we consulting?
In order to measure our performance in regards to the support and services we provide, we feel it necessary to consult with those in receipt of our support and services. Results are collated and used to evaluate the level of support and quality of service offered by the department. In previous years, responses have alerted the service to weaknesses within the service, which in turn, has initiated remedial action.
