JSNA: This chapter considers the health and social care needs of people with dementia (including memory loss, language impairment, disorientation, change in personality, self-neglect and behaviour which is out of character).

JSNA: This chapter considers Smoking, and is linked to cancer, cardiovascular disease (CVD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), maternities and pregnancy and stroke.
