Description
The Corporate Landlord transformation programme has identified an estimated £80k saving can be achieved from efficiencies within the programme specially a reduction in cleaning hours at Loxley House. The saving target will be met by Building Service & Facilities Management (BSFM) improving process and centralising the LA operational portfolio estate to improve the management of all costs so only essential spend is made against the portfolio.
